Cadre Care Core: A Community Networking Strategy

Help us reach the lost and disadvantaged of our generation with your gift of love. Help us prepare youth through offerings of quality education opportunities. 

God has given me a vision to use the Cadre concept as a penetrative strategy to effectively meet the needs of our Nation’s youth.

To this noble end I have decided to encourage you to utilise your gifting and resources in accomplishing this noble task.

The Ace Cadre Centre is about offering quality education to a segment of our community [Nation/s] who can little afford its extravagant cost.

To create a cushion for this much necessary cost, over the years, The Ace Cadre Care Core; a Team of committed men and women have been voluntarily giving to The Ace Cadre their committed and quality service in key areas of need.

The aim of the Care Core is to alleviate the measure of imbalances the gifted but financially challenged person face in unequal situations.

In addition, please be aware that the Cadre’s Ministry is still in its fledgling stage of development and some other real cost exists and will continue to exist.

We therefore require your willing offers to serve in areas beyond and as reflected in the Cadre Care Core instrument attached. This will assist us greatly in effectively meeting a generation who needs to be touched. 

1.     The DG Finance  shall with the Atmos & Décor Director effect a positive community programme to improve Community Aesthetics.

2.     The Atmos & Décor Director shall ensure the adequate and comfortable seating and accommodations for all activities of the Cadre Sphere.

3.     The department shall organise for the internal and external arrangements: decoration, landscaping and surveying of property, plan the parking lot, examine the plans for building extensions, and monitor the progress of all maintenance work whether to offices, lavatories, gymnasium and any other facilities.

4.     The Finance Comptroller, and the DGF will be responsible for employments and will ensure the payments of all salaries and allowances assessments tax returns for all staff and maintenance of an excellent recording and filing system. 

5.     The Finance Comptroller and DGF shall with the assistance of the General Board of Directors [Quality Control] be the chief architect of an incremental the least ten [10] five [5], three [3], and a one [1] year Budget. The Budget will be presented to the Quadrennial Commission.

6.     DGF will put in place a system for collecting and recording the Ace Cadre Care Core, Ace Cadre Academy, Cadre Contribution Bank, and Ace Comtech Technologies finances.

7.     The DGF shall have monthly meetings with the staff to give financial guidance to each department.

8.     Examine all monthly and annual financial reports of each department and report to the Ace Cadre Cerebrate monthly Business meetings on findings.

9.     Organize for socially oriented activities such as birthday’s weddings, Thanksgivings socials, funerals etc.

10.  The climates of excellence where the core values of Ace Cadre are practiced and maintained are the parameters of the Atmos & Decor. The Director shall ensure that all presentations and all entertainment music etc. are according to cadre excellence reflecting the Heart of The Father, God.

11.  Shall have the authority of the General Board to promote the Ace Cadre Sphere’s financial policies and plans for financing ministry and soliciting financial assistance in keeping with the established Cadre policies and according to practical biblical principles. Establish and maintain a system to ensure the practice of Freewill giving Faith Promises, Cadre Care Core contributions and Pledges.

12.  Shall maintain records that correspond with all financial transactions of the Cadre SPREAD.
