‘Write the vision [The Revelation] and make it plain upon tables so that he [A Herald] may run that readeth it’  Hab. 2: 2. In 1997, one morning, during my  05:00 am devotional, Rev. Gordon Bishop came to me with this divine revelation of Hab. 2:2 instructing me to document the Ace Cadre Vision.  Thenceforth I set out to do so under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. 

The continued deterioration of youth and their value systems can only be stopped by deliberate intervention on the part of visionaries. 

The Ace Cadre Sphere Community must revisit and readdress its agenda to effect goals that would arrest and counteract current global trends. Pervasive  Fatherlessness and its confluence of ills, manifest drug trafficking,. abuses of any kind, sexual impurity and immorality, dishonesty, poverty, severe educational imbalances, hopelessness of life, the human value, natural environment abuses, continuous spiritual and moral decline of social excellence and deficit ethical consciousness.

In 1996 / 1997 God promised ‘Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age old foundations; you will be called repairer of broken walls, restorer of streets with dwellings.’   Isa. 58.12. Ace the Cadre Sphere we will make sacrifices and work hard to be and make the tremendous difference among the Nations’ youth (men). The Apostolic change Education (A.C.E) Cadre Sphere do recognizes itself on assignment and as an ordained, permanently established regiment forming a nucleus for expansion intend to meet man at his basic points of need. The Cadre will avail itself as the Embryonic incubator for procuring Social excellence and quality character in all  adherents providing the nation’s Fathers, Sons, Mothers, and Daughters the skills for Community and aesthetic Development.

A radically fresh and varied approach to education will involve aspects of spiritual, social, mental and physical awareness of the self and Youth will revitalize their understanding of their values amid global challenges. From Malachi 4:5,6. The Father's Heart principles and Strategies took hold reveling another layer of God as Father and King. Outreach will intentionally include street education, youth adventure Camps, Fatherless and Father’s Heart issues, family workshops, opportunity for integrated education, missions’ objectives outreach, and embracing total wellness and professional sport disciplines. In 1997, I clearly heard Father saying to me, “You are also like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a Holy Priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. For in scripture it says: see I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious corner stone and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame.   1Pet. 2:4-6.

What Executing the Ace-Cadre-Excellence Education means. Executing the Ace-cadre-excellence education is availing  great instruction, discipling, mentoring opportunities of the most excellent kind.
