Youth Commissioner-                        

Mission Objectives

The Youth Commissioner is the autonomous Youth leader designated to initiate Mission Objectives policies for youth development within the Ace cadre Academy and ACE Cadre Sphere.

The Cadre Youth Commissioner will be appointed by the Commission and will function for the duration of the Commission convening (Four Years). 

He is advisably coordinated by the DG III Missions Object Outreach who will function as his immediate Supervisor.

The Youth Commissioner is answerable for his policy actions only to the Quality Control Evaluations Commission (QCEC) and reports directly for the affairs and decisions of youth to the QCEC Commissioner.

The Youth Commissioner is committed to Ace Cadre policies and is empowered to make decisions as directed by the QCEC to alleviate undue bureaucracies and to act responsibly and wisely for the benefit of youth growth and development.

The QCEC Commissioner’s decision as relates Cadre Image Impact Youth is final and can only be questioned at the convening of The QCEC.

The Youth Commissioner is subject to and is responsible to adhere to all laws, rules, and policies pertaining to serving youth as established by God, Ministry Of Health, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Youth and Culture and the Apostolic Change Education Cadre.

The Youth Commissioner gives oversight to the Student Body Government and is ex officio to the ACA Staff meetings, and Ace Cadre Cerebrates (Business Meetings).

He is an officer on the QCEC.

The Youth Commissioner is responsible to plan with the DG IV and GG III to operationalize the Ace Cadre Cavalcades Competitions, the Super Summer Cadre Adventures / Camp Director of the Sports, Trips and Camp components. 

The Youth Commissioner May serve as the Youth Camp Atmos & Décor Director.
