A.C.E CADRE SPHERE'S GOALS

Ace Cadre Sphere’s General Objective: 

1. Meet the needs of individuals and communities based on individualized prognosis, radically equipping communities discipling, mentoring, preparing, coaching, and training individuals via Father’s Heart principles, Leaders after God’s own Heart.

2. For individuals to pursue their primary purpose built up into total maturity, exemplifying and imitating the Godhead through release in every area of gifting and strengths.

Specific Objectives: 

1. Ace Cadre Sphere will use the strengths approach, focusing satisfactions building Acecers in the Cadre Sphere through healthy relationships communication networks.

Spiritual Objectives: 

1. Discipler Mentors are Built up by returning the Father’s Heart to Ace Cadre Sphere.     Mal 4:5,6

2. Establish and maintain a growing, creative, dynamic and corporate worship of God.

3. Evangelize, Disciple, and educate lost disadvantaged, fatherless, exiled, alienates for Christ. Impacting imaging God in men foundational for nation Building.

4. Grow Ace Cadre Sphere as a strong Mission’s Outreach Base of Operations. 1Chr. 26: 27:5-6.     

Numerical Objectives – Decisions 

1. Grow and release one hundred (100) Member- Discipler-Mentors.

2. Evangelize, Prepare and Deploy excellent Ephesians 4:11-13 Ace Cadre Sphere Leader-Discipler-Mentors. 1Chron. 

Mental /                                                       Academic Objectives- Education:

1. Instruct the expanding Apostolic Change Education (A.C.E) Cadre Sphere (1000 Student Disciplee-Mentees) Strong. 

2. Acecers Ensure excellence engaging the Cadre Radical Curriculum aiding reflecting Knowledge, Understanding and Wisdom in content and context.

Sociocultural Objectives -Ministries

1.     Acecers Develop, implement, and preserve acute aesthetic values awareness within the Cadre Sphere Community. Produce excellent generational Ace Cadre Leadership who serves effecting areas of Nationhood mentoring generationally.  

2.     Work assiduously towards producing disciplined, responsible, resourceful, total, and loyal Citizens, serving their nation's peoples.

3.     Establish and Launch Ace Cadre Sphere; the nucleus for expansion empowerment and development; North America, Caribbean, Guyana context. 

4.     Develop meaningful values attitudes and skills in Acecers that will serve to facilitate effective service to the Nations. 

Emotional Objectives Familial -Marital

1. Meet the individual’s need based on individualized purpose plans radically coaching and equipping Cadre Community preparing Acecers via Father’s Heart principles.  

Physical Objectives -Healthy Lifestyles & Sports Prowess.

1. Build Cadre as the Healthy Habits Community utilizing Aerobics skills, Dance Skills, Healthy Eating and Living.
